Below are the In-Person, Voting Results from the October 10th CC2009 Voting Centers as tabulated and posted by the Election Committee.  There were 94 Voting Centers in 21 states for this historic election that serves as an example of citizen-run and -controlled, totally transparent and understandable, and Constitutionally-correct, hand-counted paper ballot elections, using procedures that all elections should be following. This transparent, visible ballot process is outlined in the CC2009 Election Handbook, which you can access here.

These results below are preliminary and not final
. The deadline for postmarking one's Mail-In Ballot and notarized Registration Form was also Saturday, October 10th, 2009. The results of those Mail-In Ballots for all 50 states and the District of Columbia will be tabulated on Saturday, Oct 17th, added to the In-Person results and posted here on Sunday, October 18th as the Final CC2009 Delegate Election Results.

The top three vote winners in each state and the Distict of Columbia will bear the responsibility of representing their own state at the Continental Congress 2009 in St. Charles, IL from November 8 - 22, 2009.  The top vote winner in each state will be the Voting Delegate for that state for any resolutions or parliamentary decisions that require a vote.

CC2009 Held at a Resort?

While considering my involvement with WTP.ORG, I have to wonder why the first CC meeting is being held at such a lavish Resort & Spa.
In the midst of a campaign to raise $2 million, it just seems their could be a less expensive alternative for WTP.ORG, as well as the delegates that will be attending.
I await your response!

We visited and negotiated with Colonial Williamsburg, the Constitution Center in Philadelphia, the Valley Forge Conference Center, Olympia Conference Center in Wisconsin, the Queensbury Hotel , Fort William Henry in Lake George NY, the Ramada Inn and Conference Center in Denver, and a few others. We negotiated very attractive rates at Pheasant Run. In addition, we needed their 2 mbs upload capability and 100% back up power generation. In addition, their  combination of the 340 seat hi-tech ampitheater for the presentations by the constitutional scholars and the large rooms for the delegates’ deliberations, discussions and debates fit our needs very nicely. Chicago is a transportation hub, which was attractive as well.
I could go on, but believe me, we investigated many alternatives after we put out a call for recommendations.

Mr. Schultz (sic),
Thank you for your response. It seems due diligence was done, and the final decision was based on sound economics.

NCEL Goes to Trial!

Did You Know?!
In addition to spearheading the CC2009, Bob Schulz and We The People Foundation are simultaneously litigating the first federal lawsuit ever to be approved for trial directly challenging the constitutional integrity of a state’s official election procedures which are totally dependent, almost without exception, upon machine-based vote counting?

It's the National Clean Election Lawsuit, aka NCEL, and the outcome of this effort can have as much impact on restoring our Republic as anything else going on in America!
National Clean Election Lawsuit Goes to Trial!

It all began in August of 2007 at the Iowa Straw Poll. The Ron Paul rEVOLution was fired up and nationwide watchdogs emerged to make sure the votes for Dr. Paul were not being stolen. We The People Foundation and Bob Schulz stepped up and filed federal lawsuits in New York on behalf of Plaintiffs in all 50 states.  In May of 2009 the US District Court in Albany, NY removed all the non-New York defendants, but ordered the remaining parties to commence preparations for a jury trial.
The WTP complaint requests the Court impose not only a total ban all vote counting machines (mechanical and electronic) but to impose on state election officials a detailed manual vote counting and certification procedure based solely on the use of plain paper ballots, hand-marked, stored, counted and certified at each precinct level polling location, in full view of the public, at all times.

This is HUGE for the Freedom and Liberty movement in America. And while this case is only being heard in New York state now, the template has been established for all the others states thanks to the hard work of everyone back in 2007.
